Ron spent 35 years in the IT industry, often as a corporate trainer, and you can apply this real world experience to your training goals.
Ron spent a good part of those 35 years as a Corporate Trainer, presenting his first technical seminar to senior project engineers before even graduating from engineering school! As a result, he was invited to join that team one year later, following graduation.
As a consultant, Ron became one of a small team of trainers at a consulting firm where he worked. During that time he became the number two trainer in the organization, right behind the department manager.
During those 35 years Ron taught courses in various programming languages, application development technologies, software application usage, and new user training.
He also worked with project stake holders teaching development and design strategies that they could apply as a team to their projects.
Today, Ron presents workshops and seminars based on his unique background.
What’s My Line?
This workshop is first and foremost a workshop in Team Building. Yet it offers two other very important deliverables:
The workshop uses a series of exercises from the world of improv, the same type of exercises taught at virtually every theatre school. Because there are no scripts or presentations to prepare or memorize, participants can focus on listening, speaking and interacting, instead of the minutiae of a specific presentation.
And as for team-
This is a 100% participation workshop; participants will be on their feet in front of the group throughout the session. This is a safe environment in which to learn and practice these skills.
A companion book, Six Steps To An Organic Presentation, is available in conjunction with this presentation.
Target Audience: Everyone.
